行政管理专业承担着为政府和其他公共部门培养人才的重任。目前,我国各高校行政管理专业人才培养中还存在许多共性问题,这些问题的解决需要不断深化教学改革,其中,考试方法的改革具有十分关键的作用。在未来教学改革中,应着眼于行政管理专业的培养目标以社会需求,坚持“一体三全”的原则,探索适合行政管理专业人才培养与教学过程的考核模式,着力解决当前考试方法存在的不足,最大程度地发挥考试的“指挥棒”作用。
