叙述了不同硅含量的低碳钢连铸坯凝固组织特征及宏观组织参数的定量评定方法。通过对连铸坯凝固组织比例系数和枝晶间距的测定以及对连铸坯低倍组织缺陷的统计分析,找出了凝固组织形态与铸坯成分中硅含量的关系;指出在一定限度内,随硅含量增加,铸坯的一次晶间距加宽,各类低倍组织缺陷大大减少。
The quantitative evaluation method of the solidification microstructure and the macrostructure parameters of the low carbon steel continuous casting billet with different Si contents is described. The relationship between the solidification microstructure and the silicon content in the billet was found through the determination of the solidification ratio and the dendrite spacing of the continuous casting billet and the statistical analysis of the microstructure defects of the continuous casting billet. It is pointed out that within a certain limit, The silicon content increases, the primary crystal spacing of slab widens, all kinds of low magnification tissue defects greatly reduced.
