通过对鞍钢高炉汽化冷却实践的总结,发现循环能力的大小是高炉汽化冷却成败的关键。根据自然循环汽化冷却系统循环动力与循环阻力相互平衡的关系,导出了影响循环流量的关系式。由此得出,提高高炉汽化冷却系统循环能力的有效途径是适当提高上集管高度和适当扩大其截面积。总结还认为冷却壁过长是使其破损的直接原因。
Through summarizing the practice of gasification cooling in Ansteel blast furnace, it is found that the size of circulating capacity is the key to the success or failure of blast furnace gasification and cooling. According to the relationship between circulation power and circulation resistance of the natural circulation vaporization cooling system, the relationship between the circulation flow rate and the circulation resistance is derived. It is concluded that an effective way to improve the circulating capacity of the blast furnace vaporization and cooling system is to properly increase the height of the upper header and properly expand its cross-sectional area. Summary also think that the cooling wall is too long to make it the direct cause of damage.
