本文就夜视光电成象器件生产中出现的“红光”现象进行了剖析,所做的实验对理论解释进行了印证,证明了表面科学技术对于指导真空成象器件的生产具有现实的意义。
This paper analyzes the phenomenon of “red light” appearing in the production of night-vision electro-optical imaging device. The experiments prove the theoretical explanation and prove that the surface science and technology are of practical significance for guiding the production of vacuum imaging devices.
