目的:探讨能级对应原理在心血管内科护理管理中的实施效果。方法:根据医院心血管内科护理人员的工作能力和工作水平等分为若干等级,分别对患者进行护理,对实施能级对应原理前后的质量进行评分,调查医生和患者对护理人员的满意度。结果:实施能级对应原理措施后,护理质量评分明显提高(P<0.05),医生和患者对护理人员的满意度较实施前明显提高(P<0.05)。结论:医院心血管内科实行能级对应原理措施,能够提高护理质量,以及医生和患者对护理人员的满意度。
Objective: To explore the implementation effect of energy level correspondence principle in cardiology nursing management. Methods: According to the working capacity and working level of hospital cardiologists, the patients were divided into several grades. The patients were nurses, and the quality before and after the implementation of the corresponding energy level was scored. Satisfaction of doctors and patients to nurses was investigated. Results: After applying energy level corresponding principle and measure, the nursing quality score was significantly improved (P <0.05). The satisfaction of doctors and patients to nursing staff was significantly higher than that before the implementation (P <0.05). CONCLUSIONS: Hospitals’ cardiovascular medicine practice measures of energy level compliance that improve the quality of care and the satisfaction of physicians and patients with caregivers.
