实施创新驱动发展战略是推进经济结构战略性调整的重要方式。创新驱动是以创新作为经济增长的主动力,科技创新是创新的核心。创新驱动是调整经济结构的强大引擎,科技创新对经济结构的战略性调整有很大的促进作用。我们必须大力增强自主创新能力,推动产业结构优化升级,促进经济发展方式转变,实现经济社会又好又快发展。梁山县拳铺镇作为济宁市的新型乡镇,实行的是镇区合一的管理模式,即梁山工业园与拳铺镇是一套班子,两块牌子。近年来,梁山工业园(拳铺镇)大力实施“创新驱动”战略,持续加大科技创新投入,积极搭建创新服务平台,全面提升企业科技创新能力和水平,有力推进了工业经济快速发展。
