在“硬”管理中,一般是以任务、以指标为中心的管理。厂长头脑中充满产值、利润、销售额、生产率等指标和数据。厂长也往往注意到改变组织机构、推行科学方法、制定各种规章条例,但易于忽视对任务执行者,即人的因素的关心和重视。因此,必须在管理中加入“软”管理因素,即实行以人为中心的管理制度,重视人的因素,致力于为职工创造最佳工作环境和发展机会,使其为企业服务的积极性和才智得以最大发挥,从而达到提高整个企业素质,提高经济效益。
In “hard” management, management is generally based on tasks and indicators. The director is full of indicators and data such as output value, profit, sales, and productivity.
