本文以进口粮谷类产品中经常截获的假高粱种子为材料,通过干热灭活处理、湿热灭活处理和微波灭活处理等方法,研究了不同处理方法灭活假高粱种子的能力。结果表明,110℃干热处理5h或120℃处理2h能完全灭活假高粱种子,湿热处理中85℃、湿度65%处理6h;85℃,湿度为75%处理5h或者85℃、湿度为85%处理2h能完全灭活假高粱种子,微波处理中微波能量450W处理6min或900W处理4min能够完全灭活假高粱种子。其中湿热处理方法,既可以节省能量和处理时间,又能有效灭活杂草种子,适合大批量产品的检疫处理。
In this paper, the pseudo-sorghum seeds intercepted in imported cereals were used as materials to study the inactivation of pseudo-sorghum seeds by different treatment methods, such as dry-heat inactivation, wet-heat inactivation and microwave inactivation. The results showed that the seeds were completely inactivated at 110 ℃ for 5h or 120 ℃ for 2h, 85 ℃ for 6h at 85 ℃, 85% for 85 ℃, 75% for 5h or 85 ℃, 85% 2h treatment can completely inactivate the pseudo-sorghum seeds, microwave energy processing 450W microwave processing 6min or 900W treatment 4min can completely inactivate the pseudo-sorghum seeds. One of the wet heat treatment methods, both to save energy and processing time, but also effectively inactivate weed seeds for quarantine of large quantities of products.
