为研究延期支付对供应链企业的影响,在由制造商向零售商提供融资(延期支付)、零售商向消费者提供信用支付构成的两阶段延期支付供应链的基础上,综合考虑延期支付下需求量增加和资金占用成本因素.假设市场需求为延期支付期限的函数.在分散决策下分别给出使制造商和零售商利润最大化的最优延期支付期限和订购数量.在集中决策下给出使供应链总利润最大化的最优延期支付期限和最优生产数量,并比较分析得出,供应链协调时制造商允许零售商延期支付期限的取值范围,实现分散决策下的供应链总利润达到集中决策下的供应链总利润.数值分析表明,延期支付机制可以有效解决供应链成员企业资金短缺问题和实现供应链协调.
In order to study the impact of deferred payment on supply chain enterprises, on the basis of the two-stage deferred payment supply chain consisting of financing (deferred payment) by retailer and retailer providing credit payment to consumers, we consider the deferred payment Demand increase and cost of capital occupancy.We assume that the market demand is a function of the deferred payment period.The optimal deferred payment period and the order quantity for maximizing the profit of the manufacturer and the retailer are respectively given under the decentralized decision.Under the centralized decision, The optimal postponement payment period and the optimal production quantity that maximizes the total profit of the supply chain are obtained. The comparative analysis shows that when the supply chain is coordinated, the manufacturer allows the retailer to defer the payment period, and to realize the supply chain under decentralized decision-making The total profit reaches the total supply chain profit under centralized decision.The numerical analysis shows that the deferred payment mechanism can effectively solve the shortage of supply chain member enterprises and achieve supply chain coordination.
