乙醚麻醉家兔11只,切断双侧迷走、减压和颈交感神经。连续、吸气相和呼气相选择性迷走A_(α-β)传入刺激期间,用功率谱方法定量分析膈神经传出活动中HFO的均方值、峰频率和半值幅宽的变化以研究迷走神经传入对膈神经HFO的影响。结果表明,5~80Hz 3种时相迷走传入刺激均能引起膈神经传出放电幅度和HFO均方值降低(P<0.01)、吸气相与呼气相时程缩短。其中连续刺激的效应最强、吸气相刺激次之,呼气相刺激最弱;刺激频率愈高,效应愈显著。结果提示,迷走A_(α-β)传入对膈神经HFO和呼吸节律的形成都有调制作用。
11 rabbits were anesthetized with ether, and bilateral vagus, decompression and cervical sympathetic nerve were cut off. Continuous, inspiratory, and expiratory phase selective vagal A_ (α-β) afferent stimulation, the power spectrum method was used to quantitatively analyze the mean square value, peak frequency and half-value width changes of HFO To study the afferent effects of vagus nerve afferent on phrenic nerve HFO. The results showed that the vagal afferent discharge amplitude and the square root of HFO decreased (P <0.01), and the inhalation phase and expiratory phase shortened. Among them, the effect of continuous stimulation was the strongest, the inspiratory phase was the second, and the expiratory phase was the weakest. The higher the stimulation frequency, the more obvious the effect. The results suggest that vagal A_ (α-β) afferent modulation of HFO and respiratory rhythm of the phrenic nerve.
