近几十年来,随着城市人口快速增长与地域规模的限制,民用建筑得到迅速发展,大量的高层、多层建筑拔地而起。正因为民用工程的不断发展,人们对民用工程内部的环境质量要求也越来越高。但是,由于民用工程受到其外部的环境影响,容易造成潮湿、空气不新鲜、噪音大和照度不足等问题,特别是民用工程的潮湿问题对工程的正常使用影响很大,因此,“防潮除湿”成为民用建筑安全健康环境的一个重要保障技术措施。为此,主要研究了墙体和地面防潮层的施工技术,探讨了民用建筑施工中的防潮层处理方法。
