疫霉病是哈密瓜成株期最重要的病害之一,常导致瓜熟前死秧,对瓜的产量和品质影响极大.为了有效地防治本病,我们对哈密瓜疫霉病菌中发生普遍、为害严重的81—4菌株的生物学特性进行了研究.一、病原菌形态及生长条件81—4菌株菌丝无隔,宽5.6微米,在马铃薯琼脂培养基上呈灰白色,在利马豆培养基和玉米粉培养基上呈白色,且生长较茂盛,在酸性条件下生长不良,培养温度为10—16℃时即形成大量膨大菌丝.
