目的探讨乳腺浸润性导管癌组织中转化生长因子β1(TGF-β1)与错配修复基因hMSH2蛋白表达及其临床意义。方法用免疫组化方法检测68例乳腺癌切除石蜡标本中TGF-β1和hMSH2的表达,分析其与病理参数的关系。结果 68例乳腺癌组织中,TGF-β1阳性表达率为61.8%,hMSH2阳性表达率为54.4%。TGF-β1和hMSH2蛋白表达均与淋巴结转移呈正相关(P<0.05)。TGF-β1和hMSH2蛋白表达呈负相关(P<0.05)。结论 TGF-β1可能通过下调hMSH2蛋白水平,影响DNA错配修复系统而促进乳腺癌的发生和发展。
Objective To investigate the expression of transforming growth factor β1 (TGF-β1) and mismatch repair gene hMSH2 in breast invasive ductal carcinoma and its clinical significance. Methods Immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expression of TGF-β1 and hMSH2 in 68 cases of breast cancerous paraffin-embedded specimens and their relationship with pathological parameters were analyzed. Results 68 cases of breast cancer, TGF-β1 positive expression rate was 61.8%, hMSH2 positive rate was 54.4%. The expressions of TGF-β1 and hMSH2 protein were positively correlated with lymph node metastasis (P <0.05). TGF-β1 and hMSH2 protein expression was negatively correlated (P <0.05). Conclusion TGF-β1 may promote the occurrence and development of breast cancer by down-regulating hMSH2 protein level and affecting DNA mismatch repair system.
