目的探讨角质细胞生长因子及其受体在食管鳞癌组织中的表达规律及其在肿瘤组织发生、发展以及血管生成中的作用。方法采用免疫组织化学S-P染色法检测56例食管鳞癌组织中KGF、KGFR及CD34的蛋白表达,根据CD34染色结果计数微血管密度。结果 KGF及其KGFR蛋白表达定位于胞浆和胞膜;56例食管鳞癌中KGF和KGFR阳性表达率分别为57.1%、64.3%;且均与食管癌的分化程度、淋巴结转移相关(P<0.05)。结论 KGF/KGFR在食管鳞癌发生、演进过程中起着重要作用,并与肿瘤血管生成关系密切。
Objective To investigate the expression of keratinocyte growth factor and its receptor in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma and its role in tumorigenesis, development and angiogenesis. Methods The protein expressions of KGF, KGFR and CD34 in 56 cases of esophageal squamous cell carcinoma were detected by immunohistochemical S-P staining, and the microvessel density was counted according to the results of CD34 staining. Results The expressions of KGF and KGFR were localized in the cytoplasm and membrane. The positive expression rates of KGF and KGFR in 56 esophageal squamous cell carcinomas were 57.1% and 64.3%, respectively, which were correlated with the degree of differentiation and lymph node metastasis (P < 0.05). Conclusion KGF / KGFR plays an important role in the carcinogenesis and progression of esophageal squamous cell carcinoma and is closely related to tumor angiogenesis.
