《食品安全法》此次修订,是在全国上下对食品安全问题空前关注的情况下开展的,对照欧美国家食品安全现状,我国目前食品安全总体水平偏低,食品违法添加非食用物质、食品添加剂滥用等问题层出不穷,因此此次修订应当严格贯彻“重典治乱”的思想,加大处罚力度,增加违法分子的违法成本。笔者修改建议如下:
