当前基层生产班组在HSE管理方面存在着操作人员技能水平低,骨干技术人员缺乏,HSE执行力有待进一步提高,班组HSE管理水平整体不高的问题。为此,必须不断完善HSE管理体系运行,强化HSE执行力,采取多种方式的HSE培训方式,提高班组长的HSE管理能力,建立HSE激励约束机制等措施,切实提高基层生产班组的HSE管理水平,使HSE管理能够在基层生产班组有效推进和实施,努力建立基层生产班组的安全生产长效机制。
At present, there are some problems in HSE management, such as low level of operator skills, lack of backbone technicians, further improvement of HSE execution ability, and low level of HSE management in team management. Therefore, it is necessary to constantly improve HSE management system operation, strengthen HSE implementation, adopt various ways of HSE training, improve HSE managerial ability of team leaders and establish HSE incentive and restraint mechanisms to effectively improve the HSE management level of grassroots production teams So that HSE management can effectively promote and implement grass-roots production team and strive to establish a long-term mechanism for work safety of grassroots production teams.
