The World Health Organization summarizes a healthy way of life as: a reasonable diet, exercise, smoking cessation, psychological balance. Foreign scholars have demonstrated that a healthy lifestyle can reduce the incidence of hypertension by 55%, the incidence of cancer by 33%, the incidence of stroke by 75% and the incidence of diabetes by 50%, reducing the major chronic diseases by half. This concludes that the lifestyle of health science is the basis of longevity.
