通过文献资料法、问卷调查法、实验研究法和数理统计法等研究方法,主要采用瑜伽体育锻炼活动形式对WI-FI环境下女大学生的身心健康状况进行干预性研究,在实验数据基础上比较分析女大学生进行瑜伽体育锻炼后身体和心理健康指标的变化。研究结果认为:瑜伽体育锻炼能够有效地改善WI-FI环境下女大学生的身心健康状况,显著地改善女大学生的身体形态、提高身体素质、增强身体机能、调节心理健康,预防和改善眼科、颈椎及腰椎类等疾病。建议在校园内开展瑜伽体育锻炼以改善WI-FI环境下女大学生的身心健康状况,促进大学生的全面健康成长。
Through literature research, questionnaire survey, experimental study and mathematical statistics, we mainly use yoga physical exercise to intervene the physical and mental health condition of female college students in WI-FI environment. Based on the experimental data, Analysis of changes of physical and mental health indicators after female college students doing yoga physical exercises. The result shows that yoga physical exercise can effectively improve the female and male university students ’physical and mental health under the condition of WI-FI, significantly improve female college students’ body shape, improve physical quality, enhance body function, regulate mental health, prevent and improve ophthalmology, cervical spine And lumbar and other diseases. It is suggested that yoga workouts should be carried out on campus to improve the physical and mental health of female students in the WI-FI environment and to promote the overall healthy growth of college students.
