本文总结了 6 2例眶骨外伤 CT重建图像 ,探讨其临床应用价值。材料和方法 :采用日本东芝产 Xpress GX型螺旋 CT机 ,软件为 Xtension2 .2 0 ,工作站为 Sun Ultra2 ,在进行容积扫描后 ,分别行表面遮盖重建、切割后剖面像及多层面重建。结果 :表面遮盖重建技术对眶外壁骨折显示最佳 ,而对眶内壁骨折易造成误诊 ;多层面重建技术对所有眶壁均显示较好 ,尤其是有利于眶上下壁骨折的诊断 ,但图像的质量较差。结论 :CT重建的图像直观、立体 ,便于临床医生阅片 ,对眶上、下壁骨折的诊断尤为有利。
This article summarizes 62 cases of orbital trauma CT reconstruction images, to explore its clinical value. MATERIALS AND METHODS: Xpress GX CT was used in X-ray gyroscope. The Xtension2.2 software was Xtension2.2 and the workstation was Sun Ultra2. After performing volume scanning, surface covering reconstruction, cutting profile and multi-layer reconstruction were performed respectively. Results: Surface occlusion reconstruction technique showed the best orbital wall fracture misdiagnosis of orbital wall fracture; multi-layer reconstruction technique showed good for all orbital wall, especially for the diagnosis of supraorbital wall fracture, but the image of Poor quality. Conclusion: The images of CT reconstruction are intuitive and stereoscopic, which is convenient for clinicians to read the film. It is particularly useful for the diagnosis of supraorbital and inferior wall fractures.
