目的了解某院的病种来源,为提高医院管理服务水平、加强疾病防治工作提供依据。方法采用结构变动度回顾性分析某院2012年-2016年住院患者前10位疾病构成及顺位变化。结果呼吸系统、循环系统、消化系统疾病一直是某院的前3位疾病;影响健康状态和与保健机构接触的因素、妊娠、分娩和产褥期疾病顺位有上升趋势,消化系统疾病顺位有下降趋势;上述3类疾病是2012年-2016年引起疾病顺位结构变动较大的3大疾病,三者累计影响比率为47.48%。结论加强常见疾病的防治工作,重视顺位上升疾病的防治工作,继续抓好肿瘤的防治工作是医疗工作的重点。
Objective To understand the source of the disease in a hospital and provide the basis for raising the level of hospital management services and strengthening the prevention and treatment of the disease. Methods Structural changes were analyzed retrospectively in the hospital from 2012 to 2016 with the top 10 in-patients’ disease composition and rank changes. Results Respiratory system, circulatory system and digestive system diseases were the first three diseases in a hospital. The factors influencing health status and contact with health care institutions showed an upward trend in the incidence of diseases in pregnancy, childbirth and puerperium, and a decrease in digestive system diseases The above three types of diseases are the three major diseases that caused great changes in the overall disease rankings between 2012 and 2016, with a cumulative impact ratio of 47.48%. Conclusion To strengthen the prevention and treatment of common diseases, attach importance to the prevention and treatment of diseases which are ascendingly elevated, and continue to focus on the prevention and treatment of tumors is the focus of medical work.
