面对日益激烈的图书市场竞争,新时期的策划编辑逐渐参与到图书生产的管理工作中,成为图书的“项目经理人”。本文论述了策划编辑的根本职责和具体工作,并提出策划能力的提升途径。
Faced with the increasingly fierce competition in the book market, the planning editor in the new period gradually became involved in the management of book production and became the “project manager” of the book. This article discusses the basic responsibilities and specific work of planning and editing, and proposes ways to enhance planning capabilities.
