An age-series Eucalyptus grandis plantation (2, 4, 6, 8 and 10 years old) made by the conversion of cropland to forestland in Sichuan Province was used to study the allelopathic effects of soil under submerged soil on the growth and physiological indices of Eisenia foetida. The results showed that the survival rate of earthworms did not change significantly with age and treatment time under soil under eucalyptus grandis plantation. The inhibitory effect on the weight of earthworm under the soil under Eucalyptus grandis plantation at different age increased with the increase of treatment time However, the body weight inhibition rate of 6-year-old forest soil to earthworm increased from 7 to 14 days and then decreased. With the increase of forest age, the weight loss rate of earthworms increased firstly (from 2 to 6 years old) and then decreased (from 6 to 10 years old) on the 7th and 14th days. The weight loss of earthworms There was no significant change in stand age. With age, Eucalyptus grandiflora undergrowth in soil did not evidently avoid Eisenia fetida. After 28 days of treatment, the content of soil protein and activity of ACh E in earthworm did not change significantly in the soil from 2 to 8 years old, but significantly increased at 10 years old. The activity of SOD decreased significantly at 4 years and 10 years compared with other years, There was no significant difference between the two groups. The overall GST activity showed an upward trend, with a significant increase from 6 to 8 years of age and the rest of the years with relatively stable age. MDA content was stable at 2 to 4 years of birth and significantly increased after 6 years of birth.
