目的探讨厚朴等药材的薄层色谱(TLC)条件。方法对厚朴、厚朴花、竹节参、荜茇、豆蔻等5种药材的TLC展开系统进行优化试验,选择低毒、低污染的试剂替代《中国药典》2005版含苯系统,并与原系统比较分离检测效果。结果新系统的薄层色谱分离效果好,鉴别特征明显、专属性强,多数优于原含苯系统,已被《中国药典》2010版采用。结论所建的TLC方法简便、安全、环保。
Objective To investigate the TLC conditions of Magnolia officinalis and other herbs. Methods The TLC development system for five kinds of medicinal materials such as Magnolia officinalis, Magnolia officinalis, Panax japonicus, Poria cocos, and Sophora esculentum was optimized. Low-toxic, low-contamination reagents were selected to replace the benzene-containing system of the 2005 edition of the Chinese Pharmacopoeia. The original system compares the effect of separation detection. Results The new system has good separation effect by thin-layer chromatography, with distinct identification features and strong specificity. Most of them are superior to the original benzene system and have been adopted by the “2010 edition of the Chinese Pharmacopoeia”. Conclusion The established TLC method is simple, safe, and environmentally friendly.
