目的了解丰宁县餐饮业餐饮具消毒情况,预防食源性疾病的发生。方法对全县餐饮单位的消毒餐饮具进行随机抽样,用大肠菌群快速检测试纸进行检验分析。结果餐饮具合格率67.06%。大型餐饮单位合格率最高,合格率85.31%;小型最低,合格率54.01%。第三季度明显低于其他季度,合格率仅54.67%。结论在今后的卫生监管中小型餐饮单位是监测重点,第三季度应加强监管,严格餐饮具的消毒制度,保障餐饮具卫生安全。
Objective To understand the disinfection of dining tableware in Fengning County and prevent the occurrence of foodborne diseases. Methods Random sampling was conducted on the disinfected dining tableware of the catering units in the county, and the test papers were tested with coliform rapid test strips. Results dining tableware pass rate 67.06%. Large-scale catering units the highest pass rate of 85.31% pass rate; small minimum pass rate of 54.01%. The third quarter was significantly lower than the other quarters, passing rate of only 54.67%. Conclusion In the future, health supervision of small and medium-sized catering units is the key point of monitoring. In the third quarter, the supervision and strict disinfection system of tableware should be strengthened to ensure the hygiene and safety of tableware.
