作者报告了116名低收入、营养不良孕妇的免疫状态.年龄为20~35岁(平均24.3岁),平均产次2.5,参与研究时孕期28~34周(平均31.8周),体重为45~55kg,孕期平均体重增加不大于5~6kg,这些妇女每天约摄入1,000~1,600Cal,每天摄入量:蛋白:30~40g/天,铁:10~15mg/天,叶酸盐100~150μg/天.参与研究前一月均无明显的急、慢性感染,未服补血药物.所有对象按血红蛋白(Hb)含量分为三组:Ⅰ组36例Hb<8g/l,Ⅱ组44例Hb在8.0~10.9g/l,Ⅲ组36例Hb≥11.0
