丸子是地道的中国菜,在中国的南方叫圆子。丸子虽然普通,但形式变化多样,因富有较高的营养价值而受到很多人的青睐。青睐理由：味美色鲜,小孩爱吃蔬菜了出场人物岳女士,35岁,职业经纪人女儿就是不爱吃蔬菜,吃蔬菜就像喝中药一样难受。这也不能全怪孩子,在许多大人看来,蔬菜好吃,清新爽口。可是从口感来说,小孩不一定就很喜欢了。我发现有几次女儿对那些味道鲜美、色彩鲜明的丸子有着浓厚的兴趣,尽管里面有她平时不吃的胡萝卜、白菜等。看来这个丸子的作用还是挺大的,于是我就经常把各种蔬菜做成丸子,慢慢地她也爱吃蔬菜了。
