提问是幼儿园课堂教育教学活动中一个重要、必不可少的环节,是实现有效教学的重要手段,也是集体教学中师幼互动的最好方式。本研究通过对大中小班语言领域中五种活动类型(谈话活动;讲述活动;听说游戏;文学活动;早期阅读活动)30个教案的分析,了解幼儿园教师提问设计的现状,发现提问设计中存在的问题,分析出现这些问题的原因,并通过对现任教师的访问,剖析教师提问设计背后的观念,在此基础上提出改进教师提问设计的建议与意见。进一步促进教师教育教学的质量、效率与效果,从而促进幼儿的全面和谐发展。
Questioning is an important and indispensable link in the classroom education and teaching activities in kindergarten. It is an important means to achieve effective teaching and is also the best way for teacher and child interaction in collective teaching. In this study, through analysis of 30 lesson plans of five types of activities (talk activities, narration activities, listening games, literary activities and early reading activities) in large, small and medium-sized classes, we can know the current situation of kindergarten teachers’ question design and find out Analyze the causes of these problems, and through the visit of the incumbent teachers, analyze the concept behind the teacher’s questioning design, on this basis, put forward the suggestions and opinions to improve the teacher’s questioning design. Further promote the quality, efficiency and effect of teacher education and teaching so as to promote the all-round and harmonious development of children.
