目的探讨早期护理介入在脑卒中患者构音障碍训练中的作用。方法 66例脑卒中患者随机分为观察组和对照组,各33例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用早期护理介入,比较两组的构音改善程度和生活质量评分。结果观察组患者的构音改善程度及生活质量评分为(92.14±2.33)分、(95.27±1.06)分均优于对照组的(71.32±2.08)、(74.18±1.41)分(P<0.05)。结论在实施早期护理介入后能明显改善脑卒中患者的构音障碍,促进患者的康复,值得在临床上进一步推广应用。
Objective To explore the role of early nursing intervention in the training of dysarthria patients with stroke. Methods 66 cases of stroke patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 33 cases in each. The control group was treated with routine nursing. The observation group was treated with early nursing intervention. The degree of improvement of QA and quality of life were compared between the two groups. Results The degree of improvement of QA and quality of life in the observation group were (92.14 ± 2.33) and (95.27 ± 1.06) points respectively, which were significantly higher than those in the control group (71.32 ± 2.08) and (74.18 ± 1.41) points (P0.05) . Conclusion After the implementation of early nursing intervention can significantly improve the dysarthria in patients with stroke and promote the rehabilitation of patients, it is worth further clinical application.
