目的:探讨C臂机在使用输尿管软镜行肾盂结石碎石时寻找结石和对结石粉碎程度评估中的运用。方法:选取2014年3月~2015年1月符合使用输尿管软镜行肾盂结石碎石术的患者24例,随机分成观察组和对照组,观察组在术中使用C臂机辅助寻找结石并对结石粉碎程度进行评估,对照组不使用C臂机。最后对寻找结石的时间和碎石后排石效果进行观察。结果:在寻找结石方面,观察组和对照组的时间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。在排石效果方面,观察组明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:在寻找结石方面C臂机优势并不明显,但经过C臂机对碎石效果进行评价后,排石的成功率有明显的提高。
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the application of C-arm machine to find stones in ureteroscopic lithotripsy and evaluate the degree of crushing stones. Methods: From March 2014 to January 2015, 24 patients who underwent ureteroscopic lithotripsy with ureterolith were randomly divided into observation group and control group. The observation group was assisted by C-arm machine to look for stones The degree of stone crushing was evaluated, while the control group did not use C-arm machines. Finally, the time to find stones and gravel back row stone effect were observed. Results: There was no significant difference in the time between the observation group and the control group in finding the stones (P> 0.05). In the row of stone effect, the observation group was significantly better than the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion: The advantages of C arm machine are not obvious in finding the stones, but after the C arm machine is used to evaluate the gravel effect, the successful rate of row stone is obviously improved.
