讨论与研究传统手工艺的传承与发展的问题,对于当前的民族美术发展以及民间艺术价值的研究都有着一定的意义。国家对非物质文化遗产的保护以及对传统手工技艺传承的重视,也从许多方面折射出,传统技艺在面对当下,以及在历史进程的面前,的确存在着自身本体与时代环境的矛盾。这种矛盾,或者是本体性的,是工艺自身的个性所承存的;或者是非本体性的,是外界的变迁环境的生发与之形成的未曾同步的进程形态。不管是本体论的,还是非本体论
