一、引言 电子器件中很多金属零件的焊接、退火和定型等需要在保护气体中进行,这样就需要提供产生这种保护气体的方法。用氨水制备氮氢混合气体是其中方法之一。它是利用压缩空气通过一个盛有氨水的瓶子,让压缩空气带出氨气,再经过一加热的铜屑铁管,空气中的氧被氨气分解出来的氢气作用掉,并有多余的氢气随着流出,就形成以氮气为主的氮氢混合气体.这种气体可供一般电真空焊接、定型和退火处理等用。这种方法简单,设备容易建立,建设周期短,原材料易于获得成本不高。
