目的:建立四物合剂中芍药内酯苷和芍药苷同时含量测定的反相高效液相色谱法。方法:色谱柱为Kromasil C18(250mm×4.6mm i.d.,5μm),流动相为乙腈-甲醇-水-磷酸(10:15:75:0.02),检测波长为230nm,测定5批四物合剂中芍药内酯苷和芍药苷的含量。结果:芍药内酯苷和芍药苷的线性范围分别为0.01488~0.1488mg·mL-1(r=0.9998)和0.01874-0.1874mg·mL-1(r=0.9997),平均加样回收率分别为98.2%(n=9)和98.8%(n=9)。结论:本法简便,准确、重复性好,为四物合剂的质量评价提供了方法。
Objective: To establish a reversed-phase high performance liquid chromatography method for the simultaneous determination of paeoniflorin and paeoniflorin in Siwu Mixture. Methods: The chromatographic column was Kromasil C18(250mm×4.6mm i.d., 5μm). The mobile phase was acetonitrile-methanol-water-phosphoric acid (10:15:75:0.02). The detection wavelength was 230nm. Content of Paeoniflorin and Paeoniflorin in Batches of Siwu Mixture. Results: The linear ranges of paeoniflorin and paeoniflorin were 0.01488-0.1488 mg·mL-1 (r=0.9998) and 0.01874-0.1874 mg·mL-1 (r=0.9997, respectively). The average sample recovery was 98.2% (n=9) and 98.8% (n=9), respectively. Conclusion: This method is simple, accurate and reproducible, and provides a method for the quality evaluation of Siwu Mixture.
