由于马钱子碱和硝酸反应后生成的产物具有电化学活性,因此,可以微分脉冲极谱法对马钱子碱进行测定.选择了马钱子碱氧化的最佳条件,并用循环伏安法研究了其氧化产物的电化学行为.微分脉冲极谱法的方法灵敏度高,可用于测定植物样品中马钱子碱的含量.
