目的 应用光敏剂作为放射增敏剂探索其放射增敏作用。方法 应用血卟啉衍生物癌光啉 (PSD 0 0 7)配合放射治疗对 194例食管癌做前瞻性随机分组研究 ,放射增敏组及单纯放射组各97例。 2个组均采用60 Co或直线加速器常规照射 ,放射增敏组剂量为 6 5~ 73Gy ,单纯放射组为 6 5~75Gy。随访率为 97.4%。 结果 中位生存期放射增敏组为 2 6 .7个月 ,单纯放射组为 14.9个月 (P<0 .0 5 )。 1,3,5年生存率放射增敏组分别为 75 .3% ,38.1%及 2 0 .6 % ,单纯放射组分别为 5 4.6 % ,2 5 .8%及 10 .3% (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 癌光啉配合放射治疗食管癌可提高疗效 ,有一定放射增敏作用
Objective To explore the radiosensitization effect of photosensitizer as radiosensitizer. Methods 194 cases of esophageal cancer were prospectively randomized with hematoporphyrin derivative (P0.05) and radiotherapy (97 cases). The radiosensitization group and radiotherapy group were 97 cases in each group. The two groups were routinely irradiated with 60 Co or linear accelerator. The dose of radiosensitization group was 65 ~ 73 Gy, while that of pure radiotherapy group was 65 ~ 75 Gy. Follow-up rate was 97.4%. Results The median survival time was 26.7 months in radiosensitization group and 14.9 months in radiotherapy alone group (P <0.05). The 1,3,5-year survival rates of radiosensitization group were 75.3%, 38.1% and 20.6% respectively, while those in radiotherapy alone group were 54.6%, 25.8% and 10.3%, respectively (P < 0 .0 5). Conclusion Cancer phototherapy combined with radiotherapy esophageal cancer can improve the curative effect and have a certain radiosensitizing effect
