我厂在制造3.2m隧道掘井机中,有许多液压缸支座,都是球铰连接。要加工各种尺寸内球面,直径在φ100~φ250mm,因液压缸支座外形是很不规则的焊接件,如固定支承座外形大而内球面小,难于在车床上加工,只能在镗床上加工,为此设计了专用回转刀架在T68机床上加工内球面,效果很好,表面粗糙度Ra达1.6,精度7~8级。该回转刀架结构简单(见图),由主架、拔叉、刀架、轴等组成。主架用螺栓固定在平旋盘上,拨叉固定在平旋盘刀架上,利用T68机床平旋盘及平旋盘刀架两种运动即平旋盘作圆周运动,而平旋盘刀架在与平旋盘作圆周运动的同时,
