近些年来,我国和欧洲国家之间交流日渐增多。作为欧洲大国,英国吸引了数量巨大的我国民众前去旅游,留学或是从事商贸活动。随着我国在英国工作和学习的人数逐渐增多,我们对英国房地产的需求也在逐渐增大。在此情况下,对英国房产广告的研读和翻译就具有了相当的重要性。本文从文化差异和对比角度对英国房产广告的典型特征进行了分析,进而提出在今后房产广告翻译过程中,所应注意的因素和所面对的挑战。
In recent years, there has been an increasing number of exchanges between our country and European countries. As a European power, the United Kingdom has attracted a great number of people in our country to travel, study abroad or engage in business activities. As the number of people in our country who work and study in the UK is gradually increasing, our demand for real estate in the UK is also gradually increasing. Under such circumstances, studying and translating English real estate advertisements is of considerable importance. This article analyzes the typical characteristics of British real estate advertisement from the perspective of cultural difference and comparison, and then puts forward the factors that should be noticed in the real estate advertisement translation process and the challenges it faces.
