目的在医院信息系统(Hospital Information System,HIS)运作下,对门诊产前检查流程实施再造,并观察其效果。方法在HIS运作下,使用流程管理的方法,对门诊产前检查流程进行再造。通过观察患者数和患者满意度、护理差错和缺陷率,与去年同期流程再造前相应数据进行比较。结果门诊产前检查流程再造前后,患者数分别为39 797、41 452,患者满意度分别为91.28%、99.86%;护理差错、缺陷发生率分别为0.015%、0%,再造前后差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在HIS下,对产前检查流程进行再造后,孕妇及其胎儿的安全获得保障,检查流程更规范,更顺畅,提升了医院的竞争力。
Objective To rebuild the outpatient prenatal examination process under the operation of Hospital Information System (HIS) and observe its effect. Methods Under the operation of HIS, workflow management method was used to rebuild outpatient prenatal examination process. By observing the number of patients and patient satisfaction, nursing errors and defect rates, compared with the corresponding data before the process reengineering in the same period of last year. Results The number of patients before and after prenatal examination was 39 797 and 41 452, respectively. The patient satisfaction was 91.28% and 99.86% respectively. The incidence of nursing errors and defects were 0.015% and 0% respectively. There were statistically significant differences Significance (P <0.05). Conclusions Under the HIS, the safety of pregnant women and their fetuses is guaranteed after the prenatal check-up process is reengineered. The inspection process is more standardized and smoother, which enhances the competitiveness of the hospital.
