体育运动对人体机能发展变化的影响,常常被集中于对机体的基本生理特征、机能调节和心血管、呼吸、神经、内分沁以及运动系统的研究上,而对体育运动疲劳后的恢复与人体的免疫功能却研究得不多。近些年来,国内外学者就运动与免疫这个问题进行了一系列的研究,证实了运动既能提高人体细胞的免疫功能,又能提高人体非特异性免疫功能。我们认为,要使人体免疫功能提高,单靠运动是不够的,还需将运动中所消耗掉的物质和各器官系统下降了的功能,经过一段时间的休息都能恢复到运动前水平的过程(即恢复),才能真正提高人体的免疫功能。
The impact of physical exercise on the development and changes of human body function is often focused on the study of the basic physiological characteristics, functional regulation and cardiovascular, respiratory, neurological, endocrine and motor systems of the body, The body’s immune function is not much research. In recent years, scholars at home and abroad have carried out a series of researches on the issue of exercise and immunity, confirming that exercise can both improve the immune function of human cells and enhance the non-specific immune function of the human body. In our opinion, to improve the immune function of the human body, it is not enough to exercise alone. It is also necessary to reduce the function of substances and organ systems consumed during exercise to restore the level of pre-exercise after a period of rest (Ie recovery), in order to truly improve the body’s immune function.
