山西高平科兴前和煤业有限公司(简称前和煤业)隶属于山西科兴能源发展有限公司,属地方国有煤矿。公司成立于2008年,2012年5月正式投产,年核定生产能力120万t。近年来,前和煤业坚持把“七字箴言”(善勤信学爱谦和)文化融入安全生产中,逐步形成了具有前和特色的“一三七”安全文化管理模式,推动矿井由制度管理向文化管理转变,借助文化力提高了矿井安全保障力,推动了企业安全、稳定、和谐发展。
Shanxi Gaoping Kexing Qianhe Coal Industry Co., Ltd. (Qianhe Coal Industry) is under the jurisdiction of Shanxi Kexing Energy Development Co., Ltd., a state-owned coal mine.
