近日,国务院下发了《关于加强安全生产有关问题的紧急通知》(国发明电[1999]3号,以下简称《紧急通知》),12月1日又专门召开了全国安全生产电视电话会议,吴邦国副总理传达了江总书记、朱总理对安全生产的重要指示,要求采取有力措施,狠抓薄弱环节,坚决遏制重大、特大事故的发生,迅速扭转当前安全生产形势严峻局面。这充分体现了党和国家对安全生产工作的重视。与全国相比,我省安全生产形势更加严峻,伤亡事故比去年同期上升,重特大事故频繁发生,给国家和人民生命财产造成了严重损失。目前已进入冬季,春运高峰即将来临,这是各类事故的多发季节。为了认真贯彻落实《紧急通知》和全国安全生产电视电话会议精神,稳定我省安全生产形势,遏制重特大事故发生,确保全省改革、发展、稳定工作的正常进行。省政府要求各地、各部门认真做好以下工作:一、高度重视,加强领导。省委、省政府一直十分重视安全生产工作,谢世杰书记、张中伟代省长多次就安全生产作出
