In the early summer of 2013, Chengdu Int’l Heritage Expo Park, located at Chenghua Avenue Guanghua Road, ushered in its fourth costume show - the Fourth China International Intangible Cultural Heritage Festival. The current “non-rituals ” with its unprecedented gorgeous and huge influence quickly become the cultural key words in Chengdu, and by all sectors of society’s attention. This is also the first time since the Expo Garden was fully completed in 2009 that such an event will be held and the radiation impact centered at Exposition Garden will be formed. A non-inherited heat along the Guanghua Avenue into Chengdu, Sichuan, and even led the entire Chinese non-heritage protection movement. Based on the Exposition Garden, the “Non-Forgiving Festival” has successfully achieved the goal of “never ending a non-existent festival.” Exposition Garden has become a non-descendant term and is stationed in Chengdu. This non-existential model formed by the interaction of festival and space becomes a classic and is worth discussing.
