2012年是基层组织建设年,市教卫党委认真贯彻落实中央和市委有关精神,及时研究制定在创先争优活动中开展基层组织建设年活动的实施办法,召开专题动员部署会,统一思想认识,明确工作要求,围绕重点推进,着力提升基层组织建设科学化水平。围绕基层组织建设推进,市教卫党委有着怎样的工作思路?具体是如何推进的?取得了哪些成绩?带着这些问题,我们专访了中共上海市教育卫生工作委员会副书记杜慧芳。市教卫党委紧紧围绕基层党建的实际需求,牢牢抓住党支部工作的薄弱环节,努力健全和完善各项工作制度,积极推进基层组织建设的制度化、规范化。通过实施分类定级,进一步摸清了队伍底数,加深了对基层组织现状和存在问题的把握与认识,同时也使系统各单位进一步明确了基层党组织的建设标准,为在新的起点上扎实推进基层党建科学化水平提供了动力和支撑。通过及时选树典型,有助于将创先争优的标准具体化、生动化、形象化,有助于充分发挥示范引领作用和辐射带动效应。
