阐述了ZG27SiMn合金铸钢大采高柱帽的铸造质量和成分控制原则。通过所给出的质量控制原则、正火热处理工艺及相应的操作方法,成功地进行了ZG27SiMn合金钢铸造大采高支架柱帽,柱帽的性能完全满足要求,为合金钢铸件的生产、正火热处理技术的推广应用提供了重要参考。
The casting quality and composition control principle of ZG27SiMn alloy cast-iron large-plunge cap were expounded. Through the given quality control principle, normalizing heat treatment process and the corresponding operation method, the ZG27SiMn alloy steel cast-in big cap height bracket column cap was successfully completed, and the performance of the cap cap fully met the requirement. For the production of alloy steel castings, The application of fiery heat treatment technology provides an important reference.
