自治区第十次党代会《报告》提出,加快建设西部经济强区、民族文化强区、社会和谐稳定模范区、生态文明示范区、民族团结进步模范区,这是实现富民强桂新跨越的战略任务,是在西部地区争当贯彻落实科学发展观排头兵、率先实现全面建设小康社会目标的战略支撑。
The Tenth Party Congress of the Autonomous Region “report” proposed to speed up the building of a strong economic zone in western China, a strong national culture zone, a model zone of social harmony and stability, a demonstration zone of ecological civilization and a model zone for the progress of national solidarity. The strategic task is to strive for the first place in the western region to implement the scientific concept of development and take the lead in realizing the goal of building an overall well-to-do society.
