政府信息资源共建共享是社会进步的标志,是社会发展的必然结果。文章就政府信息资源共享运行机制进行了探讨,从动力机制、政府运行机制、用户运行机制、技术运行机制四个角度进行了论述。
Co-construction and sharing of government information resources are the hallmarks of social progress and the inevitable result of social development. The paper discusses the operation mechanism of government information resources sharing, and discusses from four aspects: dynamic mechanism, government operation mechanism, user operation mechanism and technical operation mechanism.
