盐酸多巴胺注射液(3-羟酪胺)为儿茶酚胺类药物,临床上用于各种休克。由于盐酸多巴胺分子结构中带有2个游离的酚羟基,故化学性质不甚稳定,空气(氧)、光线(紫外线)、热以及微量铜、铁等金属离子均可使其降解,pH 值变化亦能使其氧化破坏。盐酸多巴胺注射液(以下简称 DO)与5%碳酸氢钠注射液配伍用,前者可因 pH 值升高而发生变化,从而有可能导致作用降低。对此,笔者进行了如下实验:取 DO2ml(20mg)4份,分别混入5%碳酸氢钠注射液200ml 中(Ⅰ)、5%碳酸氢钠注射液100ml 中(Ⅱ)、5%碳酸氢钠注射液25ml 中(Ⅲ)、5%葡萄糖注射液200ml 中(Ⅳ),置室温25°下存放或水浴上加热,结果见附表。
