或其变种var.macrophylla Miq.,也有少数认为是C.aromatica Salisb.
Both gold and turmeric are commonly used traditional Chinese medicines and are also yellow dyes (mostly turmeric). The shape is indeed different, but the source of the plant is often confused in ancient writings. The original botanical names contained in modern books are also quite inconsistent. Most scholars believe that the original plant of turmeric is Curcuma longa L., while others are considered C. aromatica Salisb.; the original plant of turmeric is C. longa L. or its variant var. macrophylla Miq., and a few are considered to be C. aromatica Salisb. of. In order to clarify the situation, in February 1955, we went to a field survey in the Zhangjin Production Area of Sichuan Chongqing County. At the time of harvest, the above-ground parts were all withered. In addition to the actual photos taken and the specimens taken, the roots and stems of all varieties were brought back to the same plant in our botanical garden on February 28.
