本文介绍了一种新型的冷挤压模县钢65Cr4W3Mo2VNb。这种钢的碳及合金元素含量较低,碱化物不均匀性得到改善,在获得高强度的同时并兼有高的冲击韧性。 这种钢的锻造和热处理工艺简便。淬火温度范围较宽,回火后具有二次硬度,并有较高的热稳定性,可以进行气体软氮化。 生产实践表明,这种钢用于制造冷挤凸模,基本上克服了高速钢凸模容易折断和碎裂的现象,使用寿命稳定,并有显著提高。 新钢种作为冷挤压模具用钢,既节约了合金元素,降低了成本,又提高了模具寿命,具有推广价值。
This article describes a new type of cold extrusion die county steel 65Cr4W3Mo2VNb. This steel has a low content of carbon and alloying elements, improved alkalinity nonuniformity, high strength and high impact toughness. This steel forging and heat treatment process is simple. Quenching temperature range, tempering with secondary hardness, and high thermal stability, gas nitrocarburizing. Production practice shows that the steel used to make cold extrusion punch, basically overcome the high-speed steel punch easily broken and fragmented phenomenon, the service life is stable, and significantly improved. As a cold extrusion die steel, the new steel not only saves alloying elements, reduces the cost, but also improves the service life of the die and has the promotion value.
