应用免疫组化方法对21例恶性骨肿瘤进行血管内皮细胞生长因子(VEGF)的免疫检测和血管计数。发现在10例有转移的恶性骨肿瘤中有7例为阳性,且多为强表达;11例无转移的恶性骨肿瘤中有4例为阳性,且多为弱表达(P<0.05)。在5例强表达者中,有4例发生转移;而在3例弱表达者中只有1例发生转移。肿瘤的血管计数表明:转移组肿瘤微血管数高于无转移组(P<0.05)。VEGF蛋白阳性组肿瘤血管数高于VEGF蛋白阴性组(P<0.01)。
The immunohistochemical method was used to detect the vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) in 21 cases of malignant bone tumors. It was found that 7 out of 10 malignant bone tumors with metastases were positive and most of them were strongly expressed; 4 of 11 malignant metastatic bone tumors without metastasis were positive, and most of them were weakly expressed (P<0.05). . Of the 5 strongly-expressed, 4 cases had metastasis; in 3 of the 3 weakly-expressed cases, metastasis occurred. The blood vessel counts of the tumors showed that the number of tumor microvessels in the metastatic group was higher than that in the non-metastatic group (P<0.05). The number of tumor vessels in the VEGF protein positive group was higher than that in the VEGF protein negative group (P<0.01).
