高职教育承担着为我国培养高素质技能型人才的重任。在培养学生职业技能的同时,更应注重的是学生全面素质的培养。职业养成教育是全面提高学生的职业素质,最终形成良好职业习惯和较强职业能力的教育。它不仅是德育教育的一部分,更要在专业教育中贯彻执行,这样才能实现高职培养高素质技能型人才的目标。高职会计专业要更好的发展,就要在制定培养目标、设置专业课程及日常教学实施等教学实践活动中,贯彻职业养成教育的思想,全面提高学生综合素质,从而保证高职人才的培养质量。
